Aisling Sheehy
Managing Director

With over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial management, Aisling works with sole traders and small to medium-sized businesses to keep their finances organized, compliant, and growth-ready. As founder and managing director of Outsourced, she oversees all day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company.

Emma O’Driscoll
Accounts Executive

Emma focuses on monthly accounts and VAT returns for a range of SMEs. She is currently studying Business, Economics and Social Studies (BESS) at Trinity College Dublin. She has already spent four years growing alongside the company, balancing academics with the relevant work experience.

Rachel Nestor
Senior Accounts Executive

Rachel is an experienced bookkeeper supporting Irish businesses with their finances. At Outsourced, she plays a central role in delivering accurate, timely bookkeeping services and ensures clients stay on top of their accounts, compliance, and reporting.

Samantha Wilson
Accounts Executive

With a background in data science and a sharp analytical mindset, Samantha brings precision and structure to her role at Outsourced.ie. She specialises in payroll and ensures filing are accurate and on time, while streamlining internal systems.
